Lake Whitney, TX


Lake Whitney is a 23,500-acre lake in the east-central part of the state. On the Brazos and Nolan rivers off Texas Highway 22, about 30 miles northwest of Waco.  This is one of those lakes that seems to have good fishing for virtually everything that swims there.
